Molly-isms
My daughter has a blog and I encouraged her to share some of the things her three year old daughter has been saying. We call them "Molly-isms". You can check it out here.
Food for Thought
"If the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, why would we ask those who do not fear the Lord to teach our children?"

The Drought Continues
We live smack dab in the middle of the dark red. I hear fire sirens several times a week, and they have had small fires all over the state. I don't think I've written much about the big ones. That's because some of them were very close to my hometown, and it was frightening and sad to see the pictures of the devastation. I took a few pictures last month, and maybe I'll find some time to share them later.
In the meantime, we have a 30% chance of rain tomorrow. I'm praying that we get it. I'm praying for a long, soaking drizzle so the ground will losen up and absorb it.

Note to Self
Next time you run the sprinkler make sure the windows to the house are closed, especially the ones over the bookcase.
