A New Granddaughter

Here is Miss Emily Diane, born on July 1st. She was in a bit of hurry to get here and arrived about 4 weeks early. But she is doing fine and is home and getting fat and happy!

While Emily and her mommy were in the hospital, I was fortunate enough to get to go help take care of this little firecracker! She is so excited about being a big sister and loves her new baby so much.

 Here is her senior picture. She had much more patience for hairstyling and makeup than I ever did. Funny since she's the tomboy.

Here she is with her hubby and daughter, nearly 3 years ago. They added a precious little boy to their family two years ago, but I couldn't find a picture on my computer of all of them. I'm sure it's buried in an email somewhere.

Anyway, Shawna, I haven't had time to get on my computer to post this, but I'm sure you had a wonderful birthday, right? If nothing else you can tak solace in the fact that you will always remain younger than me. Sometimes it stinks to be the oldest...
