We're Off!

Leaving town for a couple of days to go see some of our kids and on Monday we're taking the little boys to the Nebraska State Fair. I think I'm as excited to go as they are. All of my life I've wanted to go....when I was young I always watched state fair rodeo on PBS and wished I could go. I can not wait~~

Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad

These are my parents. This picture was taken 3 years ago at their 45th anniversary. The story is that my parents were married on my dad's birthday so that Dad would never forget his anniversary. The problem is that he usually never remembers his birthday either.

Hope you two are having a good day and not working too hard.

This is my dad when he was just a kid. Today is his birthday. I think he's 68....right? Yeah, I'm pretty sure.
Happy Birthday Dad! I hope the entire day isn't spent in the hayfield.
